• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Properly package and label all shipments
• Declare all contents accurately and completely
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment through our services:

• Hazardous materials (unless properly declared and approved)
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Weapons and ammunition (unless properly licensed)
• Perishable items without proper arrangements

6. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We act as freight forwarders and arrange transportation through third-party carriers
• Our liability is limited to the terms of the applicable carrier's bill of lading
• We recommend cargo insurance for valuable shipments
• Claims must be reported within specified time limits
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, other acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, wars, government requirements, court orders, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pegiora Freight and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Termination
